On April 13th, MRC volunteered services for the Wyatt Elementary Spring Fling Silent Auction. This free labor can be used for any small project you have hanging over your head – or it can be a great way to get started on a larger project. …while contributing to the Wyatt PTA! In March 2013, one of our bathroom remodeling projects was filmed for the new home improvement show “Refresh”, which is scheduled to air this summer! The show will feature Marilyn’s newly remodeled bathroom along with a couple of short interviews discussing the project. In this project, we removed an internal bathroom wall & door, two more doors to adjacent bedrooms and the bath tub. Then we built a new walk-in shower with a frameless glass slider, refinished the existing vanity, installed a new counter top, stainless steel sinks, faucets, fixtures, framed mirror, recessed lighting, exhaust fan, toilet, floor tile, texture, paint and more! Hollywood here we come!                

Does your master bathroom still look like these before pictures? If so, it’s time! First, we’ll gut this one to the slab & wall studs, relocate (2) shower drains and build a new privacy wall for the toilet area.  The highlight will be the new, modern, two-person shower with a large frameless enclosure (and no tub). We’ll also install a new larger double door, a new custom-built, two sink vanity, granite, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, an exhaust fan, all new flooring, texture & paint…this one has it all.  Enjoy the pics!
